Sky Project 天空計劃

Tri-Up的團隊在2021年跟Tamiru進行一個破天荒的合作計劃,由於全球暖化導致氣候變異,尋求更高海拔的咖啡是不可避免的,也因此我們有了天空計畫。
更高海拔會相比其他同產區的咖啡在收成上遲至少一個月。如此高的海拔高度減緩了咖啡的熟成速率,讓咖啡有更長的時間吸收養分,表現岀更好的層次及風味強度。天空計畫的批次在風味強度和細膩度上已經超越了許多藝伎,千萬不要錯過!

ALO COFFEE became well-known, after winning the top honors in the 2021 Ethiopia Cup of Excellence.

Renowned for their exceptional coffees, their coffee are often seen in competitions and every specialty coffee shops.

Back in 2021, Tri-Up team started a partnership with ALO COFFEE, introducing innovative processes and the Sky Project. To tackle global warming by sourcing the best high altitude coffee for intensified flavour and terrior.

2016 World Brewers Cup Champion

Tetsu Kasuya 粕谷哲

At the World Brewers Cup Championship in Dublin in June 2016, an Asian competitor became the first champion.

Since 2017, Tri-Up Coffee has collaborated with Tetsu on various projects. Our impression of Tetsu is that, despite being a world champion, he remains down-to-earth, open-minded, and eager to try new things. Starting in 2018, Tetsu began discussions with us about deepening our presence in the production areas, and in the 2019 season, we initiated various processing methods. By integrating Tetsu's ideas with practical experiences from the production areas, we have collaborated in multiple countries to date.
