About Tri-Up Coffee
Tri-Up Coffee is a green bean importer founded in Taiwan circa 2017, striving to become a multilateral link between producers and roasters. We aim to source green beans of outstanding quality from producers and, at the same time, provide our customers with green beans that perform exceptionally after roasting, along with ideas for green bean selection based on our own experiences.
The "Tri" in Tri-Up comes from the Latin root "three," representing the three roles of the producer, us, and roasters in the coffee industry, while "Up" describes a movement towards improvement and progress together.
We hope you can join us on this upward journey to become better together!
Philosophy
-
QUALITY
Quality is a crucial aspect that we prioritize. From selecting the origin of the products, pre-shipment samples, actual delivery, to the final shipping confirmation, we conduct multiple tests to ensure that the coffee meets the required standards. Additionally, we combine research and development with testing, making adjustments to the production process in collaboration with the origin of the products, aiming to achieve even higher levels of quality performance.
-
RELATIONSHIP
We aim to establish long-term and stable partnerships with both the origin and roasting ends of the coffee production process. We actively seek input and opinions from the roasting end regarding the green coffee beans, and provide feedback to the farmers and producers at the origin. We also assist farmers and producers in adjusting their cultivation and post-harvest processes. Maintaining open communication, we strive to fully understand the challenges faced by the origin end, while ensuring transparency in communication among production, sales, and roasting ends.

SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability is of great importance to us in the coffee industry. Therefore, in addition to our long-term and stable partnerships with existing farmers, we have also established the Up for the Future program. This program aims to assist the local communities in the coffee-producing regions in improving their quality of life and reducing resource consumption, thereby enhancing the overall quality of coffee.
